Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ("Hill & Smith" or the "Company") announces that it has today received notification that Mr D L Grove, being a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Hill & Smith, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 199 pence per share. These transactions were effected on 20 October 2008 on the London Stock Exchange.
Following this purchase, Mr Grove is beneficially interested in 729,969 ordinary shares in the Company and has options over 12,360 ordinary shares. |
