Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (“Hill & Smith” or the “Group”) announces that on the 24 June 2005 it completed the disposal of the land formerly occupied by its Wombwell Foundry operation in Yorkshire, which was closed in 2003.
The successful disposal of this surplus land has generated, before costs, £3.26m of cash and an exceptional profit of £1.8m. |
