AGM Statement

Speaking at the Annual General Meeting of Hill & Smith which is being held today, David Winterbottom, Chairman, will make the following statement:
“The Group has made a good start to the new financial year and is currently trading a little ahead of expectations. Whilst the Board is mindful of the volatility of material costs, particularly steel, it believes that Hill & Smith is currently well placed to achieve another satisfactory outcome for the year as a whole.” |
